- Track Progress: Monitor the status of their engagement with the V/VB.
- Communicate: Use a messaging system to directly interact with their assigned validation or verification team.
- FAQs or Client Guides: Provide a downloadable guide or FAQs section that explains the steps involved in verification and validation, common terms, and tips for successful engagement. Such as;
- Application Forms
- Policy Documents (e.g., impartiality)
- Process Walkthrough;
- Initial Consultation.
- Scope Definition
- Data Collection
- Review & Analysis
- Issuance of Statement
